Good Bye, Scrappekammeret!

So, I have decided to give up my spot on Scrappekammeret's DT. It's sad - I really loved creating with the other girls on the team, and seeing the challenge blog grow bigger every week.... But, I feel that I should give up my spot as I am taking a break from scrapbooking.... I have a lot of other projects going on at the moment, and didn't feel like I could give the challenge blog the attention it needs. Will be following the blog, and checking out the amazing things the DT makes!!

I would love you to come visit and follow my photography blog :)))))

Steampunk...??

So Scrappekammeret's challenge is making something with metal tape or in Steampunk style :) I'm going to completely honest: I had no idea what either if these where.... But then again that is what makes it such a great challenge!

Last minute!

Scrappekammeret's new challenge has to do with last minute preperations - Xmas coming up, there are lots of last minute things to do and plan! I guess... :) Not that I would know :)

Anyway, I made a "last minute" layout - a quick layout that can be added to the scrapbook album you are giving as a gift :) Or something :)

The challenge is to use BUTTONS - which must be my absolutely favorite kind of stash!!

The pictures were taken during my birthday lunch - my two youngest boys deciding what to order from the menu :)

This time Scrappekammeret has a bit of a different challenge - make a box!

You can make the box from paper, or decorate a ready box :)

Music or NOISE? Scrappekammeret #38

Here's my LO for this week's challenge at Scrappekammeret :)

The challenge is to use "stitching" on the project - either by hand, machine, or even just drawn on. I used my mini sewing machine to sew around the edges.

Monochromatic - Scrappekammeret challenge!

We have a great challenge for you from Scrappekammeret: Challenge #37 is:

create a project which has a MONOCHROMATIC colour scheme!! And there is an absolutely amazing prize, sponsored by HobbyKunst - a HUGE package of goodies!!

The DT was super lucky, and was given awesome goodies to work with for this challenge :)

We are away on holiday at the moment, and I have therefore not had a chance to update my blog with the latest Scrappekammeret challenge!! SO here goes: the challenge this time is to create a project which is NOT standard size,

that is NOT 12x12 layouts or 6x6 cards! Can you do it? :)

Summer holidays are here, which means very little time to scrap, but here is one anyway :)

A tea can (DT Scrappekammeret)

There's a new challenge up at Scrappekammeret!! Time to create something using no more than ONE patterned paper! Of course you can use all the cardstock and stash you want :)

The challenge is sponsored by TICKLED PINK STAMPS, who were kind enough to give the DT stamps to work with, as well as an awesome prize for the winner of the challenge!!

So here is my take - I altered an empty corn can, and filled it with different kinds of tea. The stamp I used is called Birthday Cherrie :)

Summer is here!! (DT Scrappekammeret)

Ok, summer is definitly here!! It's hot, and the aircon is on... :)

Scrappekammeret has called this challenge SUMMER - create something inspired by this word.

The DT was given an amazing package from PapirDesign - all my patterned paper is from this. And of course the prize this time is also sponsered by them!!

I found a great sketch at Sketchy Thursdays! But the challenge also has a twist: one must find inspiration in the pictures they have posted ;)

So here goes: I was inspired by the ice lollies, and the shapes of the cherries!

Scrappekammeret's new challenge is as follows: create something using at least 2 different ribbons! The prize is an amazing package from Papir Design who also sponsored the DT!!

Here is my take - it's a tag card, made from a toiletpaper roll :) Paper and flowers are from papir Design, and I have used ribbon and twine.
